The Homeless Veterans’ Reintegration Program (HVRP) is the only federal program dedicated exclusively to helping veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness find stable employment. Our all-veteran staff provides personalized case management, job training, and supportive services to ensure every veteran has the tools they need to succeed.

• Direct Job Connections: A strong network of employers across industries such as construction, healthcare, security, technology, warehousing, manufacturing, transportation, and government.
• Individual Career Coaching: Tailored guidance to help you translate your skills into meaningful employment.
• Job Training & Certification: Opportunities in HVAC, IT, Medical Assistant, CDL, and more.
• Wraparound Support: Referrals and assistance with housing (SSVF, HUD-VASH, GPD), transportation, mental health, substance use recovery, childcare, and financial literacy.
• Essential Needs: Access to interview clothing, work tools, and gas cards.

To qualify for HVRP, you must:

1. Be a veteran with a discharge other than dishonorable
2. Be currently homeless, at risk of homelessness (within 60 days) , or recently incarcerated (within the past 18 months)
3. Be unemployed or underemployed and seeking work
